Austin Creed terminates on the ranch into a stock pond wetland. Several other stock ponds and seasonal creeks provide water to the various pastures. There is excellent sub-irrigated ground around the multiple streams. The property is easily accessed at multiple places via Poison Spider Road as it meanders through the middle of the ranch. This area is known for short warm dry summers, with the occasional rain shower in the afternoon. The hottest month is July, with an average high of 88 degrees. Casper is conveniently location in the middle of Wyoming with an easy drive north of Denver, Colorado, on Interstate 25 or a scenic drive south of Billings, Montana.
