Orvin Farm is a 4 House Broiler Farm located in Kershaw County near Kershaw South Carolina. The houses are 54X500. 2 were built in 2007 and 2 were built in 2008. The farm was contracted with Pilgrim's Pride, Sumter, SC complex. There is no current contract for birds with the farm. There is a mobile home currently located on the property that sells with the farm. The farm has the following poultry farm features: * Choretronics 2 Controllers * Choretime Feed and Water Lines * Space Ray Tube Heaters * Propane Gas * Pit Mortality * Two Wells and County Water * Two Backup Generators Poultry farms are biosecure facilities.
