I am the broker owner of RE/MAX Platinum Realty in Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada. I was one of the "youngest" agents to receive my brokers licence, actually obtaining it before I was officially able to be recognized as a broker. I am licenced in all aspects of real estate, including property management. Our brokerage actually looks after well over 300 private rental properties as well as a couple of buildings, which brings the total of number of unit rentals between 330-350 units. I have been an agent for over 10 years and one of the top producing agents in the area as well as running the brokerage with our agents and office team.
