Christine Allard is a fifth-generation Coloradoan. She was born and raised in Loveland and earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. As a young professional, Christine joined her grandfather in real estate development and sales in 1994. She was the Loveland/Berthoud area Realtor Association’s Rookie of the Year in 1995 and has been a driving force in the Northern Colorado real estate market. Christine is fully dedicated to the profession of real estate and to personally caring for each and every client she serves. She carries distinguished designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Certified New Construction Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She truly enjoys the close personal relationships that develop in this industry and values each and every friend, customer, and referral. Christine raised four sons, they have served in the Army, Navy, Fire Fighter and Medical fields. Christine’s personal interests and community involvement include multiple positions with Habitat for Humanity, anything outdoors with her family, and last but certainly not least, a competitive member of the American Quarter Horse Association where she shows quarter horses at a National level. Christine and her family own and operate a large equestrian boarding facility with a haying operation in Northern Colorado. Colin Johnson was born in Loveland, Colorado. He is a 6th generation Coloradan and a 3rd generation realtor. He grew up in Windsor but has lived in Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, and Estes Park. He has lived the Northern Colorado Lifestyle. He served for nearly 10 years in the United States Army. He was assigned to the 2/504th Parachute Infantry Regiment as a Sniper in the Scout Reconnaissance Platoon. He attended Ranger School where he received the Enlisted Honor Graduate Award. He deployed in 2014 to Afghanistan where his unit was awarded a Meritorious Unit Accommodation. Above all, his greatest accomplishment was being rated as the Top Non-Commissioned Officer in all positions he held, year after year. He has a long track record of getting things done right. A trend that he is excited to continue for his clients. Upon his exit from the military, he found myself back in Colorado, where he belongs. This great state offers everything he loves to do, and the people he enjoys being around! Colin’s family takes its place at the top of this list. He and his brothers do just about everything together. Even as they are getting older and busier, they still make time to get together. Colin’s fiancé is a local firefighter and Colin enjoys the time he gets to spend with her and her co-workers. He is an avid outdoorsman, exercise enthusiast, woodworker, golfer, and has a pretty great dog who gets to share in the adventure.
